I first discovered photographer Massimo Vitali at the home of a client. She had a beautiful collection of modern art and especially photography. We loved the color and mood of her large beach image by Vitali, that we used it as an inspiration point - pulling all of the paint and fabric colors from it! The walls ended up a lovely warm aqua-green blue. And I have loved Vitali's works ever since! One King's Lane is currently having a sale of his works at very discounted prices through HK Photographs. They are still a splurge of course of so beautiful! Vitali was a photojournalist and a film camera man prior to beginning his fine art series, he usually perches 20 to 30 feet in the air to snap his panoramic shots. I love the large scale of his photographs and the beaches, ski resorts, and tourists at play which he captures! The piece above is Courmayeur Mont Blanc.
