I was so struck by this lovely but simple bedroom. With a snow white floor, ceiling and walls, the space is in bad need of color and texture but this beautiful example proves that sometimes simple is better! Each of the few objects and textiles really shine. I love the use of bentwood chairs as side tables an the bolt of rich yellow used in the pillows. The small rug also brings a bit of pretty pattern.

Like you, I find this really works. There is enough texture to stop it looking barren. And the yellow pillows give just that little burst of sunshine.
